Train People The Way The Job Does.
Cohorts that finish. New hires who ship in week two. On-call engineers who have already seen an incident. Every organization seat keeps the learner side of Arclab free.
One Product Or All Three. Your Call.

Run a cohort
Foundations with join codes and an organizer dashboard that shows each learner's lessons and tasks completed before the next session.
Onboard new engineers
A first week in the Sim before the real one: real codebase, tickets, CI, review. A team view of each hire's grades is in early access.
Train on-call
Realistic shifts in uptime99 with a pager and a scored debrief. No risk to production.
Tell Us What Your People Need To Do.
We'll show you how Arclab gets them there, and what it costs, or that it costs nothing.

We Teach The Way The Research Says.
Fundamentals first, AI later.
Start conventionally, then bring AI in through deliberate steps; learners without the basics are confused by AI answers.
So the first seven Python modules are AI free, and the mentor unlocks in stages after that.
02Make the task one AI can't just finish.
ChatGPT-4 solved 100% of the simplest intro Python labs and 35% of the hardest.
So you trace, predict and explain code, not just submit an answer.
03Help after you try, not instead of trying.
With hint-first mentoring, 90% finished their projects versus 60% without (200 participants).
So task help opens only after you have made an attempt.
None of these studies tested Arclab. The notes list what each one found, what we built because of it, and what it does not prove.
Who We Work With
Coding bootcamps
A curriculum that checks understanding instead of playing videos. No upfront cost.
Engineering teams
Developer onboarding and on-call training in a sandbox where mistakes are free.
Universities
Hands-on practice for CS courses, where AI help unlocks only after students try.
Nonprofits and community programs
Free. Teaching people to code for good is why Arclab exists.
Workforce programs
Technical training for people entering tech from another career.
Apprenticeships
A safe first week that mirrors the real one.
Questions.
What can we use today?
Foundations is available now for cohorts, with Python, Java and Next.js tracks, join codes and an organizer dashboard. The Sim and uptime99 are open to teams through early access.
How much does it cost?
Foundations for bootcamps has no upfront cost and per-learner pricing. Engineering teams join early access at a flat price per team. Nonprofits, schools and community programs can apply for free use.
Do learners need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in a modern browser. The Sim needs Chrome or Edge.
Can you build curriculum for our program?
Yes. Request it from the organizer dashboard and we'll align tracks to your syllabus, add exercises, or build a module for your stack.
Do you offer SSO or a security review?
Not yet. Tell us what your security review needs and we'll tell you honestly where we are.
